CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

"HOLIDAY PROMOTION" 2025
ART. 1. ORGANIZER AND RULES
(1) The organizer of the HOLIDAY PROMOTION TOMMY HILFIGER 2025 promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign" or "Promotion") is SARKKROM TRADING S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Floreasca no. 246C, SkyTower Building, 34th floor, units A and A1, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J2007006719400 on 02.04.2007, with tax code 21493505.
(2) Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Rules").
(3) The Official Rules are drawn up and will be made public in accordance with applicable law, being available free of charge to any applicant throughout the duration of the Campaign:
- on the official website ro.tommy.com;
- in participating stores, on information tablets.
(4) The organizer reserves the right to modify these Rules during the Campaign, to suspend or terminate it, informing the public at least 24 hours in advance.
(5) Participation in the Campaign implies acceptance of the Official Rules.
(6) Online participants accept the terms and privacy policy.
ART. 2. CAMPAIGN DURATION AND AREA OF OPERATION
(1) The promotional campaign is valid for online purchases and in participating stores in Romania:
București Mall, Băneasa Shopping City, Palas, Iulius Timișoara, Iulius Cluj, City Park Constanța, AFI Brașov, AFI Cotroceni, Promenada Sibiu, Promenada Craiova, and .
(2) The promotional campaign will run from December 15, 2025, to December 24, 2025.
(3) After December 24, 2025, the Organizer shall have no further responsibility and shall not assume any further obligations.
(4) The promotion is valid while stocks last.
ART. 3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN
(1) The campaign is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
(2) The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attempts at fraud.
(3) Personal data is processed in accordance with Annex 1.
(4) Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
ART. 4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
(1) The campaign applies to full-price products from the selected collection, as per Annex 2.
(2) The Organizer has no obligations after the end of the Campaign.
ART. 5. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
(1) For every two eligible products purchased, one product benefits from a 30% discount, namely the product with the lower price.
(2) Application:
- 2–3 products: 1 product reduced by 30%;
- 4–5 products: 2 products reduced by 30%;
- 6 products: 3 products reduced by 30%, and so on.
(3) Ineligible products are excluded from the calculation.
(4) The promotion cannot be combined with other vouchers, except for the XMAS Voucher.
ART. 6. RESPONSIBILITY
Participation implies acceptance of the Regulations. The organizer is not responsible for technical errors or stock depletion.
ART. 7. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The campaign may be terminated early, with public notification.
ART. 8. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
ART. 9. FORCE MAIJORE
Force major exonerates the Organizer from liability.
ART. 10. MISCELLANEOUS
Complaints may be submitted until the end date of the Campaign.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These Rules and Regulations, together with their annexes (Annex 1 – Data Protection, Annex 2 – List of Participating Products, Annex 3 – Price History) form an integral part thereof.
