1. You receive an SMS containing the parcel number and the payment link. |

4. Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open. |

2. You make the payment and receive your PIN code. |
|
|
5. Pick up the parcel. |

3. You enter the PIN code on GLS Locker's screen. |
|

6. Close the box. |

ADVANTAGES
Non Stop Access: GLS Locker is available 24/7. You can pick up your parcel whenever you want.
7 Days For Pickup: You can pick up your parcel within 7 days.
Online Payment:Â The payment is made via an SMS payment link. No cash needed.
Safety:Â Your parcel is kept safe, in a locker box that can only be opened by you, using the PIN code received via SMS.
Sustainability: You can pick up your parcel on your way home, thus contributing to reducing CO2 emissions.
Contact GLS's Customer Service Department at +40269 501 900 and they will resend you the SMS containing the PIN code.
After you have received the SMS containing the details of your placed order, you will be able to choose from "Delivery Options" the redirection of your parcel to the nearest GLS Locker.
You have 7 days to go to the GLS Locker that you have selected and pick up your parcel.
When selecting delivery through a GLS Locker you can choose a) to pay in advance with Card or Klarna, or b) to pay Cash on Delivery (COD). For payment upon delivery, you will have to pay through the link received via SMS (No cash is needed). After making the payment, you will receive a PIN code that will enable you to open the locker box.
