Shipping

Your order can be sent to the address you specified on the payment page (home, work, etc.) via GLS courier service & GLS Lockers. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from one of our stores by selecting the Click & Collect option on the Checkout page.

Delivery times depend on the pickup location you have chosen. Standard delivery is usually within 1-5 business days of order confirmation, depending on your location. There may be slight delays during holiday periods or sales periods. Please see our shipping page for more details.



Please note that courier services may experience delays during the holiday season due to scheduled holidays and reduced operations by our delivery partners. This may affect delivery times for orders placed during this period.

Shipping costs are 15RON via GLS Courier & 6RON via GLS Lockers.

Shipping cost for COD is 5RON

Shipping for orders of 250 RON or more is free of charge.



Important: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day. During holiday periods or sales, due to high demand, there may be slight delays in delivery.

You will receive an email at the address you provided when placing your order, confirming that your package has been shipped from our headquarters. This message will also include the shipping number so that you can track the status of your order online in real time. At the same time, the courier company will contact you directly to inform you about the delivery of your package.

For orders delivered via Click & Collect, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order arrives at the selected store.

For orders via GLS Lockers:

a) Payment on delivery

1. You receive an SMS containing the parcel number and the payment link.
2. You make the payment and receive your PIN code.
3. You enter the PIN code on GLS Locker's screen.
4. Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.
5. Pick up the parcel.
6. Close the box.

b) Payment in advance

1. You receive an SMS containing your PIN Code.
2. You enter the PIN Code on GLS Locker's screen.
3. Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.
4. Pick up the parcel.
5. Close the box.

To pick up your online order from the store, you must present the email confirming the arrival of your order at the store, as well as a valid ID.

Your package will be held at our store for 5 days from the date on which the confirmation email is sent to you. If you are unable to pick up your order within the above period, it will be canceled and the products you selected will be put back on sale.

You can stay up to date on the progress of your order via the "My Account" page. If you have chosen to collect your order from a store, you will receive an email informing you that your parcel has been shipped to your chosen store.
As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive an email. This way, you can stay informed about the status of your order at any time.
