Payment

Payment for each order is made in complete security using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card from any bank via SSL Security Protocol (Security Certificate & SSL Technology), which is confirmed by the VISA and MASTERCARD 3D Secure Network system. It is also possible to pay cash on delivery. 

Currently, we accept the following payment methods: COD, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. 

For Click & Collect Orders Cash on Delivery Payment is not available. 

The payment of each order is carried out with absolute security by using a VISA and MASTERCARD credit card of any bank through the Security Certificate & SSL Technology (SSL Technology) protocol, the confirmation of which is carried out through the 3D Secure Network system of VISA and MASTERCARD. Also, the possibility of payment via secure Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna transaction is given. 
 
Transactions over five thousand (5,000.00) lei can only be paid by bank means, i.e. either by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna.

*The charges for Cash on Delivery are not refundable in case of order return, regardless of the method used to process the return (money refund or credit voucher). 

 

Our Online Store has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of transactions using your credit card. However, in the event of proven fraudulent use of your credit card, your charge may be cancelled upon your request to the bank that issued your credit card, which must investigate your complaint or complaint. For this reason, you are obliged, as soon as you become aware that this has happened, to inform the issuing Bank in order to cancel your card and to prevent its use by unauthorised persons. 

 

During the payment process, SARKKROM TRADING SRL has the right to carry out credit checks. Based on the results of credit checks we may adjust or reject an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases we will offer you the option to choose another payment method. 

Your payment may be declined for any of the following reasons:

1. Your card may have expired. Please ensure that it is still valid.
2. You may have reached your credit limit. Please contact your bank to ensure that you have not exceeded your credit limit.
3. You may have entered some incorrect information. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

If none of the three reasons mentioned above apply, contact your bank.

If you have a promotional code, you can redeem it on the checkout page. Enter the code in the "HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE" field and click the "Apply discount" button. Check the expiration date of the promotional code before using it.

You cannot use multiple promotional codes for the same purchase. Codes do not apply to discounted items.

Silver, Gold, and Platinum promotional codes can only be used for purchases made in physical stores.

Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to buy products now and pay for them only after you receive them, without interest.

Please note that Klarna's services are a form of credit, so you must be over 18 to use Klarna as a payment method. Please note that fees may apply for late payments.

With Klarna's installment payment service, you can easily purchase items from our website and pay for them after you receive them, in three installments.
Simply place your order and select "Klarna Pay in 3 installments" as your payment method. You will pay the first installment after completing your order. Once you have received your order, you can pay the remaining amount in two separate installments. Klarna will send you a notification for each installment to be paid, one month after the previous payment period.

If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the value of the items you return will be refunded directly by Klarna.
