HOW TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL

Payment in advance

1. You receive an SMS containing your PIN Code.

4. Pick up the parcel.

2. You enter the PIN Code on GLS Locker's screen.

5. Close the box.

3. Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.

Payment on delivery

1. You receive an SMS containing the parcel number and the payment link.

4. Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.

2. You make the payment and receive your PIN code.

5. Pick up the parcel.

3. You enter the PIN code on GLS Locker's screen.

6. Close the box.

Contact GLS's Customer Service Department at +40269 501 900 and they will resend you the SMS containing the PIN code.

After you have received the SMS containing the details of your placed order, you will be able to choose from "Delivery Options" the redirection of your parcel to the nearest GLS Locker.

You have 7 days to go to the GLS Locker that you have selected and pick up your parcel.

When selecting delivery through a GLS Locker you can choose a) to pay in advance with Card or Klarna, or b) to pay Cash on Delivery (COD). For payment upon delivery, you will have to pay through the link received via SMS (No cash is needed). After making the payment, you will receive a PIN code that will enable you to open the locker box.

If you received your order via GLS Locker, you can return your parcel by following these steps:

Make sure you visit the GLS site and register your return here.

1.Fill in the sender’s details
Enter the Sender's details, then after accepting the terms, submit the order!

2.Prepare your parcel
Prepare your parcel, ensuring its safety and appropriate dimensions!

3.Write the parcel number on the parcel
Please write the parcel number you received on the parcel after ordering and it's ready now for you to drop it off.

4.Choose a locker
Select a Locker that is convenient for you (see available lockers here)

5.Go to the locker and enter the parcel ID
Visit the Locker and enter the parcel ID on the screen – you can find it on your shipping receipt or in the email/SMS you received from GLS.

6.Place the parcel in the locker and close the door
Your parcel is now returned.

Perfect! Your returned parcel will reach our central warehouse within 2 days.
