“More Spring More Savings” 2026
ART. 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES
- The organizer of the More Spring More Savings promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign” or the “Promotion”) is SARKKROM TRADING S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, 246C Calea Floreasca, SkyTower Building, 34th floor, units A and A1, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J2007006719400 dated 02.04.2007, having tax identification code 21493505.
- Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Rules”).
- The Official Rules are drafted and made available to the public in accordance with applicable legislation and may be consulted free of charge by any interested person throughout the entire duration of the Campaign, through the following means:
- by accessing the campaign link available on the official website ro.tommy.com;
- in participating stores, on the information tablets made available.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Official Rules during the Campaign, as well as to suspend or terminate the Campaign, provided that the public is officially informed in the same manner as the initial communication, at least 24 hours prior to the changes taking effect.
- Participation in the Campaign implies acceptance of these Official Rules, and participants undertake to fully comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
- Online participants understand and accept that the use of the website may only be carried out in compliance with the applicable terms and conditions and after being informed of the Privacy Policy.
ART. 2. CAMPAIGN DURATION AND SCOPE
- The promotional Campaign shall be conducted for online purchases and purchases made in participating stores in Romania, excluding outlet stores, namely: București Mall, Băneasa Shopping City, Palas, Iulius Timișoara, Iulius Cluj, City Park Constanța, AFI Brașov, AFI Cotroceni, Promenada Sibiu and Promenada Craiova, according to Annex 2. Eligible products include the New PreSpring 2025 Collection, Spring 2025 Collection and Core Collection (without prior discount), as listed in Annex 3, which forms an integral part of these Official Rules.
- The Campaign shall take place between 20.03.2026 and 22.03.2026.
- After 22.03.2026, Sarkkrom Trading S.R.L. shall have no responsibility or obligation in connection with any circumstance that might lead interested persons to believe that the Campaign is still valid or ongoing.
- All products granted under this promotional Campaign must be purchased in accordance with these Official Rules; otherwise, they shall no longer be owed by the Organizer.
- The Promotion is valid while stocks last.
ART. 3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN
- The Campaign is addressed to individuals who accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) by making purchases in accordance with the Campaign conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate any attempted fraud by restricting access to participation in this promotional Campaign for persons who attempt to engage in fraudulent activities.
- By participating in the Campaign, Participants expressly consent to the processing of their personal data by Sarkkrom Trading S.R.L., in its own name, in accordance with the provisions of Annex 1 to these Official Rules.
- Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
ART. 4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
- The Campaign applies to full-price products from the new collection specified in Art. 2(1) of these Official Rules, respectively Annex 3, sold by the Organizer in participating stores and online, subject to stock availability.
- The list of participating products is included HERE.
- The Organizer shall have no responsibility or obligation toward persons who purchase participating products or place orders after the Campaign has ended (in physical stores, the Campaign ends at store closing time, according to the posted business hours).
ART. 5. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
- The Campaign is addressed to everyone. With the purchase of 3+ items you get 30% Off. With the purchase of 2 items you get 20% Off.
- The discount is automatically calculated in the online system at checkout for eligible products during the Campaign period or applied at the cash register for in-store purchases.
- To benefit from the discount, you have to add in your cart at least 2 participating items.
- For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of purchasing multiple products whose total value exceeds the minimum purchase threshold, of which only some are eligible, only the value of the eligible products shall be considered when determining the qualifying minimum purchase, excluding the value of non-eligible products.
- The discount applies to a single purchase only; multiple purchases may not be combined in order to reach the minimum qualifying purchase threshold.
- In the event of technical, system, or human errors affecting the website ro.tommy.com or the management system, resulting in incorrect pricing or failure to apply the Campaign discount, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the affected order and will notify the member customer by phone/email/SMS. The customer agrees and acknowledges that they shall have no right of opposition or claims regarding products subject to orders affected by such errors. Accordingly, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel erroneously placed orders (e.g., derisory prices caused by technical or human errors).
ART. 6. LIABILITY
Participation in the Campaign implies knowledge and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
- inability to participate due to technical reasons or causes beyond its control;
- stock depletion prior to the end of the Campaign;
- any malfunctions of the online platform or IT systems.
ART. 7. CAMPAIGN TERMINATION
- The Campaign may be terminated prior to its scheduled end by unilateral decision of the Organizer or in cases of force majeure, with public notification through the same communication channels used at launch.
- In the event of termination of the Promotion or modification of its conditions communicated to customers via publication on the company website and in participating stores, the Organizer shall have no obligation to compensate customers or pay any damages.
ART. 8. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any disputes between the Organizer and Participants shall be settled amicably; failing such settlement, they shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania, at the Organizer’s registered office.
ART. 9. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure events shall exempt the Organizer from liability, in accordance with Art. 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code. Notification of a force majeure event shall be made on the official website ro.tommy.com within 5 business days from the occurrence of the event.
ART. 10. MISCELLANEOUS
Any complaints related to the Campaign may be submitted via the contact form available on ro.tommy.com until the end of the Campaign, by email at sarkkrom@sarkkrom.ro, or in participating stores.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These Official Rules, together with their annexes (Annex 1 – Data Protection, Annex 2 – List of Participating Stores, Annex 3 – Eligible Products / Price History), form an integral part hereof. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time by addendum, communicated to the public through the same official channels.

ANNEX 1 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
- Data Controller
The Organizer acts as data controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) with respect to the processing of personal data of Campaign Participants.
- Purposes of processing
Personal data collected and used in the context of organizing and conducting the Campaign are processed for the following purposes:
- organizing and conducting the promotional campaign;
- sending commercial communications and marketing materials, such as product offers, invitations to participate in contests, surveys, questionnaires or similar communications (subject to prior consent of the Participant);
- concluding and performing product purchase agreements;
- participation in the Campaign, handling complaints and requests, including delivery, invoicing, product returns and dispute resolution;
- implementation of the Official Rules, including for legal defense, investigations, reporting, analyses and statistical studies regarding marketing campaign performance;
- archiving and data retention activities, where required by law.
- Legal basis for processing
Personal data are processed based on:
- the Participant’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
- performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- the legitimate interests of the Organizer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where consent is the legal basis, data subjects have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing based on other legal grounds.
- Data source and recipients
Personal data may be disclosed to:
- the Organizer’s partners, acting as data controllers or processors;
- public notaries and lawyers appointed to assist in organizing and conducting the Campaign;
- service providers, including courier and mobile telephony providers;
- public authorities or other Group companies, where there is an appropriate legal basis.
- Data retention period
Personal data shall be retained for the duration of the Campaign plus an additional period of at least 3 years, in accordance with limitation periods for legal actions and applicable financial-accounting and archiving obligations.

Data subjects benefit from the following rights:
- right of access;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure;
- right to withdraw consent and right to object;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability.
