The organizer of the "The Hilfiger Club" loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as "The Hilfiger Club") is Sarkkrom Trading S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Floreasca, No. 246C, 34th floor, Unit A1 and A, Sky Tower, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/6719/2007, with the unique registration code 21493505.
Participants in this Program are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, as set forth below (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions").
Registration as a member of the Hilfiger Club is free of charge and no purchase of any Tommy Hilfiger product is necessary to become a member.
If you are a member of the Hilfiger Club, you will also be able to benefit from promotions, offers, services, events, and much more, organized by Sarkkrom Trading. Membership will give you a personalized Tommy Hilfiger brand experience, including extra offers, additional price discounts, and personalized recommendations. As a member, you will be able to access your purchase history from your member account ("My Account"), and when you add items to your online shopping cart, we will save the items in your cart between sessions. Please note that items saved in your cart will not be reserved and may be sold. You can find more information about current offers in My Account on the website https://ro.tommy.com/en/.
1.General Information
1.1 Participation in the Hilfiger Club is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of Romania and have a valid email account. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of SARKKROM TRADING SRL are eligible for membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.
Legal entities and authorized individuals, foundations, associations, or other forms of collective organization are not eligible to participate. Membership cannot be used to resell purchased products or to make a profit in any way.
1.2 Membership in the Hilfiger Club is personal, only the person registered as a member can receive the benefits associated with the membership account, cannot transfer these benefits, and is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as other Rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by the Company and adopted by the member through participation in offers, rewards, and purchases. Membership cannot be used for resale or profit.
1.3 To become a member of the Hilfiger Club, you must complete the required fields in the registration form (name, email, password, date of birth, etc.).
1.4 The registration form can be completed and submitted in selected Tommy Hilfiger stores and in the online store https://ro.tommy.com/en/. Starting July 1, 2022, you will also be able to register as a member by scanning the QR code found in Tommy Hilfiger stores (near the cash register).
1.5. SARKKROM TRADING SRL reserves the right to refuse participation to any person who does not meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
1.6 Membership may be canceled at any time by the member via the newsletter or via the personal data request form available here.
1.7 By becoming a member of the Hilfiger Club, the applicant automatically accepts and consents to these Terms and Conditions, which are also available in stores.
1.8 The general terms and conditions may be modified at any time by SARKKROM TRADING SRL. The member user is obliged to be informed of any changes.
Membership in the Hilfiger Club entitles the user to certain benefits and offers. Members will be notified of upcoming and/or current benefits and promotions, as applicable, unless they have indicated that they do not wish to receive such notifications.
3.1 All personal data collected through participation in the Hilfiger Club will be used and shared exclusively for the purpose of communicating with the Hilfiger Club regarding Tommy Hilfiger products and events, provided that you agree to become a member of the Hilfiger Club.
3.2 SARKKROM TRADING SRL is responsible for processing the personal data of Hilfiger Club members in accordance with applicable national and EU data protection legislation.
You have the right to request us to:
- provide you with access to your personal data that we collect and process;
- correct or delete the personal data that we collect, process, and handle, as well as modify or delete personal data;
- restrict the processing of your personal data;
- provide an electronic copy of your personal data for the purpose of transferring it to another company;
- or object to the processing.

SARKKROM TRADING SRL reserves the right to withdraw current benefits and offers at any time. Hilfiger Club membership cannot be refunded as cash and does not provide any benefits in this regard, and current benefits cannot be exchanged for new ones.
The general terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest.
