Don't forget to fill out and send the printed return form included in the package. Without it, we can't process your return. Pack the product and the return form in secure packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.

To return parcels, register your return quickly and easily directly with GLS. The courier will be automatically informed and will arrive at the address mentioned within 1-2 working days to collect the return parcel. The courier will attach the return label to the parcel. Register your return here.
Don't forget to include the printed and completed return form in the package. Without it, we won't be able to process your return.
Please return the item in its original packaging and with the original label. Footwear must be returned in its original box.
The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless they are in their original sealed packaging).

If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the value of the items you return will be refunded directly by Klarna.

Returns are free of charge via GLS courier service.

If you choose another courier company, you will have to bear the return costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. Returns can be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The company reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the return deadline or items returned that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
For orders delivered via Click & Collect:
If you wish to exchange or replace a product, you can do so at one of our stores.
Exchanges in store can be made within 30 days of the date you picked up your order. Exchanges are made on the basis of the purchase invoice.
The following products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: underwear and swimwear. Perfumes can only be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
The products you wish to return must meet the following conditions: the products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered (undamaged, unstained, unworn, with all labels intact).
If a product is returned without meeting these conditions, the value of the product will be reduced by 100%.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase. If you paid for the products using cash on delivery, the refund for the returned product will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form. If the order was paid for by card, the refund will be made to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. The refund period depends on the bank and may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the request.
Returns for orders paid with Klarna can only be made by courier, with the exclusive processing method being a refund.
