Payment

Payment for each order is made in complete security using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card from any bank via SSL Security Protocol (Security Certificate & SSL Technology), which is confirmed by the VISA and MASTERCARD 3D Secure Network system. It is also possible to pay cash on delivery. 

 

If, when placing your order, you choose the "Click & Collect" service, the order price must be paid by credit/debit card.


You can now pay for your orders in 3 interest-free installments using Klarna. This service is available for orders between 200 RON and 5,000 RON.


Transactions over five thousand (5,000.00) lei can only be made by bank transfer, i.e. by debit/credit card. Therefore, orders whose total price exceeds this amount cannot be paid in cash on delivery.

The store has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of credit card transactions. However, if your credit card has been used fraudulently, the charge can be canceled upon request by the bank that issued the credit card, which should investigate your complaint or claim. For this reason, as soon as you become aware of any fraudulent use of your card, you are obliged to inform the issuing bank in order to cancel the card and prevent its use by unauthorised persons.



During the payment process, SARKKROM TRADING SRL has the right to perform credit checks. Based on the results of the credit checks, we may modify, adjust, or reject an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases, we will offer you the option to choose another payment method.

Your payment may be declined for any of the following reasons:

1. Your card may have expired. Please ensure that it is still valid.
2. You may have reached your credit limit. Please contact your bank to ensure that you have not exceeded your credit limit.
3. You may have entered some incorrect information. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

If none of the three reasons mentioned above apply, contact your bank.

If you have a promotional code, you can redeem it on the checkout page. Enter the code in the "HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE" field and click the "Apply discount" button. Check the expiration date of the promotional code before using it.

You cannot use multiple promotional codes for the same purchase. Codes do not apply to discounted items.

Silver, Gold, and Platinum promotional codes can only be used for purchases made in physical stores.

Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to buy products now and pay for them only after you receive them, without interest.

Please note that Klarna's services are a form of credit, so you must be over 18 to use Klarna as a payment method. Please note that fees may apply for late payments.

With Klarna's installment payment service, you can easily purchase items from our website and pay for them after you receive them, in three installments.
Simply place your order and select "Klarna Pay in 3 installments" as your payment method. You will pay the first installment after completing your order. Once you have received your order, you can pay the remaining amount in two separate installments. Klarna will send you a notification for each installment to be paid, one month after the previous payment period.

If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the value of the items you return will be refunded directly by Klarna.
